Turkey And Bacon Rolls

  • turkey breast – sliced
  • sea salt
  • fresh black pepper
  • bacon slices
  • dried parsley
  • granulated garlic
  • 1 glass of wine
  • 1 lemon
  • olive oil
  • fresh mint


  1. Slice the turkey breast and prepare them as schnitzels. Season them with salt, pepper, dried parsley, lemon, garlic, olive oil and little wine and leave them to marinate for at least 1 hour in your fridge.
  2. On top of each turkey schnitzels put one slice of bacon and one mint leaf.
  3. Bind with kitchen thread and you can either fry them or bake them, as you wish.
  4. Serve them with green beans as side dish, potatoes or rice.
