    Who said cupcakes should only be served as a dessert with chocolate, vanilla and some other sweet ingredients? Well, they make for a perfect appetizer as well if you combine the ingredients in the right way.
    Take for example, these chicken pot pie cupcakes, presented by Heather: many of us are a sucker for chicken pot pie as this is a real comfort food, and the fact that with only few ingredients and few time you can make an amazing appetizer makes you wanna try them even more.
    I have done them for New Year’s eve party and everyone enjoyed every bite of them! :D

Sometime I believe the internet is trying to learn me more and more about food and new recipe…and most of the time it does!
Before summer is truly gone (even though is September is still Summerish weather) you need to try this Italian Vegetable stew aka Ciambotta.  The Ciambotta is very similar to the well know ratatouille and it gives you the change to use lot of fresh ingredients that you can find in your/parents/grandparents garden and turn them intro a very very healthy and delicious dish.

The start of this dish is the sausage so it has to be one of excellent quality. I believe this is the type of food you will find in an English pub and it is perfect for the cloudy, rainy or cold winter days when our body requires more fats.
Te sausages will be cooked in the oven in a gravy resulted form the combination of dark beer, stock, onions, a little flour and some brown sugar.
Serve this with mashed potato as the side dish, and the result is absolutely DELICIOUS!

You can make it either sweet or sugar, but personally I prefer the salty version for any omelet.
Try to put inside the omelet some goat cheese and some fresh spinach and you will have a tasty and healthy breakfast, that will look cuter than the regular omelet. :)
