 Hungarian cuisine is undoubtedly famous for using paprika.
It hard to imagine the Hungarian cuisine without tomato, onion, peppers, garlic and the well known paprika powder and even harder not to think about goulash, the trademark of this cuisine.
The Goulash is actually a stew and it can be made with beef, veal, lamp or pork.
The below presented in the below link is a beef based one and it surly reminds my of the Goulashes I have eat in Transylvania in Hungarian restaurants.
