This is a great recipe idea for those of you how are trying to eat healthier. The green beans are rich in proteins while the walnuts lowers cholesterol level and are a great substitute for the saturated fats. Combine these two ingredients with extra-virgin olive oil, garlic, balsamic vinegar and the result will be very tasteful and healthy.
