I like the combination of any kind of hot apple or chocolate pie and cold vanilla ice cream on top of it.
What is a plus for the recipe below is the lower content of calories then a regular deep-dish cookie pie: about 200 calories/per slices compared with 700 calories/per slice.
I am a big fan of any cookie cake/pie, and if I can find the healthier version for them even better, and a reason more to try them.
What is great about it and make me wanna try it even more is the fact that I think is amazing how a dessert so unhealthy-looking can be so healthy (as healthy as it can be taking into consideration that sugar and chocolate cookies are used :) )/
