Corn salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 corn can
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 4 green onions
  • 1 chilli pepper

For the sauce:

  • 100 ml apple vinegar
  • 50 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • salt

Instructions:

  1. Sauce preparation: in a salad bowl, put the water, sugar, salt and mustard. Stir everything very well with a whisk.
  2. After you drained and wash the corn, put the beans into the salad bowl.
  3. Cut the peppers into thin strips and put them over the corn.
  4. Cut the onions into little rings and add them in the same salad bowl.
  5. Mix all the ingredients with the sauce and leave the bowl in the fridge for 30 minutes before you serve it.
