It has been a while since I’ve post a brownie recipe and I think is time for a new one :)
I usually like my brownies made with dark chocolate, as dark as possible and no jam, raisins or nuts in the compositions, just a dense a chewy dark chocolate texture. But I like the idea of sprinkled nuts or almonds on top of the brownie.
The salty almonds on top really balance the chocolate flavor of the cake. Add some vanilla extract and the resulted brownies is the real thing! :)
