I have eat some yogurt cakes but I never made one. I do not know why it believed it much more difficult to make.
Now after I read Manu’s recipes I know how wrong I was.: it is like a no-bake cheesecake, but made with yogurt and gelatine.
Also you do not have to worry after eating 1 slice or 2 since is made with natural yogurt and fruits, and because the fruits already contain sugar, this means much less sugar in the recipe.
