The start of this dish is the sausage so it has to be one of excellent quality. I believe this is the type of food you will find in an English pub and it is perfect for the cloudy, rainy or cold winter days when our body requires more fats.
Te sausages will be cooked in the oven in a gravy resulted form the combination of dark beer, stock, onions, a little flour and some brown sugar.
Serve this with mashed potato as the side dish, and the result is absolutely DELICIOUS!
