A wonderful way to begin you day is my having a delicious and energizing smoothie for breakfast.
As I said before I am a fan of smoothie, especially green ones. In fact I do have saying: One green smoothie a day keeps the doctor away :) Well I guess I can say any smoothie a day :)
This time I will not share a green smoothie recipe, but a banana and honey one made with soy milk, so good for vegans as well.It is healthy and incredible delicious!
You will need (for 2 servings):
- 2 bananas
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- 400 ml soy milk
- 1/4 teaspoon powder nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon of ground hazelnuts
- ice cubs (optional)
The process of making it is as simple as it can be to make a smoothie: cut the bananas, put the in a blender and then add the honey and the soy milk. Mix them and put the composition in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Then pour the smoothie into 2 glasses add the ice cubs, sprinkle the ground hazelnuts and nutmeg and enjoy! :)
