This is a spaghetti recipe I have cooked quite often since I found it on Monique website.
Is simple and very very creamy due to the mix of cheeses used (cream cheese, cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese).
You can also use ground beef, or a combination of meat and sausages, but the last especially the last combination tends to leave a lot of fat. So I prefer to use ground turkey as shown in the original recipe.
