No bake pears stuffed with walnut cream


A delicious dessert that will be done in 40 minutes. The pear flavor combined with the walnut cream…yummy.

I made this last weekend, as my weekly treat which I am allowed to eat and it was a real hit :)

Here is the recipe:

You will need (2 servings)

  • 2 big pears
  • 100 g of mascarpone cheese
  • 100 g of roasted and ground walnuts
  • 50 g of powdered sugar
  • 1 little package of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g cream
  • 2 wafers
  • 2 tablespoons of lime juice
  • 4 red fruits
  • mint leaves

First, wash the pears, peal them, cut them in two, pick their seed and take out a part of the pulp, so there will be left 1 cm of the pear pulp. Right after you done these, sprinkle on top of them the lime juice, not to blacken.

Let’s continue with the filling: In a bowl mix the mascarpone cheese with the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, wafers and the walnuts. After all these ingredients are homogenized you can add the cream and incorporate it with slow movements.

Fill the pears with the mascarpone and nuts cream and put them into the fridge for almost 30 minutes.

I serve them garnish with some raspberries (you can use any red fruits) and mint leaves.
