Bacon makes wonder in ay recipes and this makes a perfect dish for breakfast.
I see that frittata as the healthier version of the omelet, but equally tasty.
This one is diet friendly, and is made with onions, red bell pepper, bacon, tomato, reduced-fat cheddar and low-fat milk.eggs and egg whites.
